OK So heres the deal I want to throw out a pitch for an idea on a game some one is willing to work with me on. I'm not a programmer but I can draw you some backgrounds and some people ....i guess what i'm trying to say is I can draw! Any who so I'll post some pictures to explain and give you a more of an idea of what I'm talking about. I'll try to give you a little inside scoop on a fun game idea.
The name of the game is going to be called I mean I know the name is a little off but it kind of just stuck to me at the time. I'm an American living in the country of Georgia south of Russia and here when you're in line it's not a line at all it's more like a mob of people from old to young trying to squeeze their way into a small doorway.
So one day I was going to the doc's with my wife, she had already made an appointment for 10:30 am. Now mind you we get there at 10 am sharp the Doc's not even there and there are 4 other people sitting in the waiting room for the same Doc, but none of them have an appointment. So how they think the order of the line should go is who ever showed up first! So my wife fucking loses it big time! I've never seen her really mad before. The fat cows were saying "We've been here for an hour so we'll be going first!" So she says "Look I don't care how long you've been here, that's your dumb move; soon as it hits 10:30 I'm going in first and if you get in my way I'm going to drag your fat asses back to the line!" lol so after that, they all moved to the back part of the waiting room and started looking at us angry and whispering to each other. So then it clicked inside my head: "What if we were to make a game that corresponds to all the bullshit that we run into regularly when we get into lines?"
I want the game to be set up like a 2D fighting game, a direct reference to the "Streets of Rage" platform. The object of the game would be to fight your way to your appointment with the doctor, the front desk at a hotel reception, etc. through line-cutters of all shapes and sizes.
Thus, I'm looking for anybody who's interested in getting this project started. However many programmers and artists want to join in to make this game a reality, I would be most grateful. I want to be more than just an average reviewer.
